#ConfCat21 is the annual regional event of the Inter-American network on Cadastre and Property Registry (RICRP). The conference brings together the highest authorities in the subject matter of the public and private sectors, as well as experts, civil society and enthusiasts of the cadastre and registry. This conference aims to exchange cutting-edge knowledge and experiences of cadastral and property registry administration that promotes and results in improving access to titled land tenure.

The work agenda of this VII Inter-American Conference on Cadastre and Property Registry is organized by the Dominican Property Registry National Administration, the National School of the Judiciary (ENJ) of the Dominican Republic, and the collaboration of the Department for Effective Public Management of the Organization of American States (OAS), and the World Bank. The agenda has for title " Pandemic and Post pandemic: Contributions of the Cadastre and the Property Registry to Land Administration for Economic and Social Recovery; Crisis and Climate Change Mitigation". #ConfCat21 agenda includes 13 panel sessions on November 2 and 3, through which cutting-edge issues will be addressed for the cadastre and property registry, as well as the challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought and will have over these two functions of public administration. Above all, the conference seeks to analyze the impact that land resilience has in the face of emergency and crisis scenarios, as well as in facing climate change and post-pandemic socio-economic recovery. The VII Inter-American conference concludes with the Annual Assembly of the Network, where in a closed session on November 4, the authorities of the countries take decisions about the work agenda for the cadastre and the property registry in the region for 2022 and elect their authorities.
